The Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS) is managed by the ‘Homestamp Consortium’ and includes a range of partner organisations from across the Midlands area. MLAS recognises and accredits good landlords who provide their tenants with high quality, safe accommodation.

The ‘Homestamp Consortium’ is currently working hard behind the scenes to make the scheme even better.We will shortly we’ll be launching a new website that contains lots of great information and online services.

North and Central Staffordshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme have provided Homestamp with a copy of their booklet on damp, condensation and mould that can affect homes. This detailed guide helps tenants and home-owners identify and reduce condensation as well as treating the mould growth often associated with it.
